One of the big things about Pando is how they align with my spirit of giving and living. The fact that they just embrace, they're not just about hey, the numbers. They understand that, hey, I'm trying to do things a little irrationally. I'm things trying to do things a little differently, and they wanna support that idea. Operators, we are unique animals in Chick-fil-A franchise, I think it's a different franchise model than is even out there in the world.

So I never really had a good foundational partner with me to walk alongside me. And Pandowealth became that for me. Jim's experience of Chick-fil-A having worked at Chick-fil-A and know Chick-fil-A and and how the FCRs work and the, these are enormous benefits that Jim brought to the table as much as wanting to do business with me, he also just cared about guiding me and saying, Hey, let's look in the future. And, and I never felt pulled that I had to go with Pandowealth, but I also knew I had somebody on my side with Pandowealth that cared a ton about me based on what my goals were in life and our family's goal.

My wife Gwen, what was our goals in life and personally started that, that process for me, just by caring. I don't know what my future looks like, not just financially, but what I, what, what brings me joy and I want to continue evolving that. And I've got a partner right there walking step by step with me, and I'm really grateful that I have Pandowealth to do that with.
