For me, it's all about stewardship. Personally, that's one of my core values and it's a very easy partnership because I have the same philosophies as Jim and Pandowealth. I chose Pandowealth for one main reason. The trust and convenience. They know and understand the operator language. They understand the operator agreement, so it makes it easier for us to have, you know, fruitful conversations about planning because they understand how all this works versus, you know, working with someone else. I have to sit down and really explain to them the partnership.

So for me, it's very easy to to have good planning conversations with Pandowealth because of the operator agreement that they understand being able to provide opportunities for my staff who work so hard every day. There's so much joy when there's a team member that wants to celebrate with you because they've opened their statement and they actually see that their hard work is paying off and there's hope for them to able to accomplish their own dreams. And I think we're doing that because of the partnership that I have with Pandowealth and helping us provide the structure and the planning and the tools to not only help me, but more importantly for me and my staff.

We want to continue to work with them because we've seen some really good results. And just again, the relationship, the transparency, the open communication, they continue to evolve and I like that. I like a company that's on the forefront, innovating and trying new things. And that's what I've seen along on this journey with Pandowealth.
